This is trippy because my dream was also about a cloud…
I was at my “school” (I say it like that because it wasn’t UCSD at all, but just a random combination of places that i’ve been to/seen in the past) and everything was very snowy and beautiful, I remember thinking “I wish I was in the snow more often” which was weird because I didn’t have any shoes on and I’d imagine that would have been very cold :|.
Anyway, I met up with a group of people that seemed familiar (literally, very family like.. my little brother was one of them, but also lots of people that don’t really exist IRL) and we decided to start walking, the scenery changed from school buildings/bicycle racks to a more natural one (sort of like a forest)… as we were walking, we all saw flashes of lightning. No one said anything, but as soon as the lightning went off I started to count the seconds in my head for how long the thunder took to reach our ears. It never came. ”That’s weird” I thought… we continued hiking.
Shortly after, we climb over a hill and in the distance see AMAZINGLY HUUUGE mushroom clouds. We all realized many nuclear bombs went off in the distance and started running / diving into snow-caves for protection. Then I woke up.
The morning of this dream, the first thing my first teacher of the day starts to talk about is the history of the largest nuclear bomb test ever done. FFFUUU— i almost shat myself at that point hahaha.

this is sort of what the cloud in my dream looked like. except closer and spinning as if rolling toward me flinging off bits of cloud and revealing a solid core of water floating in the air
